Trouble Condition: "Camera Busy"
The LifeShield Homeview Camera responds best if given one command at a time.
If Camera is busy and not responding to commands, you may have given it too many commands at one time. Wait 5 minutes for Camera to process all commands. Check Camera status on your LifeShield account to ensure Camera is ready. Camera will also not respond if you are accessing the same Camera from multiple sources (mobile app, tablet). 
In order to avoid this problem, give Camera only one command at a time and wait for each one to finish (Camera will indicate ready) before giving next command.
