Trouble Condition: Blank Screen
If your LifeShield Console screen is blank and unresponsive, there is likely no power to the unit.
Start by checking that the power cord is properly plugged into back of the console. You should also check that the other end of the power cord is plugged into the wall outlet, and that wall outlet has power.
If the Console is plugged in correctly and there is still no power, try the following steps:
  1. Unplug power cord from back of Console
  2. Open battery compartment door and remove battery
  3. Plug power cord into different outlet and back into Console
The power should come back on. If Console screen is still blank and unresponsive, call the LifeShield Support Team at 877-464-7437.
