Follow these steps to update your security question using LifeShield
1.  Log in to LifeShield.
2.  Once logged in, click on "Settings" tab in the navigation bar.
           - If applicable, enter Master Code to access Settings.
3.  In the left column under "System Settings" select Account.
4.  In the center column, under "Account" select "Change Security Question".
5.  In the right column, under "Question" enter:
a. Current Password
b. New Secret Question
c. New Secret Answer
6.  Select “Save”.
