Follow these steps to update your security question using the Security Touchpad:
 
1.  From Arming Panel, swipe screen to right to view Dashboard.
2.  Select “Settings “ in lower right corner of Dashboard.
3.  Enter User Code (4-digit number).
4.  Select "Account" on left side.
4.  Select “User Information”.
5.  Scroll to “Security Question”.
6.  Enter Current LifeShield Password.
7.  Enter New Security Question and New Security Answer.
8.  Press “Save”.
