Follow these steps to update your security question using a Tablet:
 
1.  Log in to the LifeShield app on your tablet device.
2.  Once logged in, select “Settings” in lower left corner of Dashboard.
3.  Enter User Code (4-digit number).
4.  Under “Settings” on left select “Account”.
5.  Select “LifeView”.
6.  Scroll to “Change Security Question” at bottom.
7.  Enter New Security Question and New Security Answer.
8.  Press “Save”.
