Follow these steps to update your security question using Mobile App:
 
1.  Login to the LifeShield App.
2.  Once logged in, you will be directed to the Dashboard; in top left corner press “Menu” icon (icon with the three horizontal lines) in left-hand corner.
3.  Under “Account Settings” select “Account”.
4.  Enter Usercode.
5.  Select “User Information”.
6.  Scroll down to “Change Security Question”
7.  Enter New Security Question and New Security Answer.
8. Select "Save".
