Follow these steps to update emergency contacts with mobile app:

1.  Login to LifeShield Smartphone Application
2.  Once logged in, you will be directed to the Dashboard; in top left corner press “Menu” icon (icon with the three horizontal lines) in left-hand corner.
3.  Under “Account Settings” select “Account”.
4.  Enter Usercode
5.  Scroll to and select “Emergency Contacts
6.  Choose to edit Primary and/or Secondary Emergency Contacts
7.  Enter updated last name, first name, phone number for either primary or secondary (you can only provide email address for primary contact).
8.  Changes will be automatically saved.
