Referral Program

Referrers receive a one-time use $150.00 coupon code good towards the purchase of accessories from the LifeShield online store. Those referred receive a one-time use $100.00 coupon code good towards the purchase of accessories from the LifeShield online store. Offer does not apply towards monthly monitoring service. New customers must purchase a new LifeShield system with a service contract.

Referral rewards will be issued if the new customer being referred purchased directly from a certified LifeShield Security Advisor at the following phone number: (877) 563-9925. Purchasing from a LifeShield partner, including those companies that collect and pass contact information to LifeShield for outbound calls, will disqualify the referrer and the referred individual from receiving referral rewards.

The Referral Code of the referrer must be provided at the point of sale by the referred individual. If a referral code is not provided then no referral rewards will be issued. Subscribers who purchased from a LifeShield partner may not have been issued a referral code.

Referral Rewards are issued only after the individual being referred has completed their trial period and have an active contract. Issuance of Referral Rewards may take up to 2 weeks after contracts become active. Coupon codes expire 6 months after the date of their issuance. If the referred individual cancels their account prior to their contract becoming active no referral rewards will be issued. If the referrer cancels their account prior to their contract becoming active then no referral rewards will be issued or will be revoked. If an account becomes past due and enters into collections then the coupon code for that account will be revoked if not already redeemed.
Offer does not apply towards monthly monitoring service or purchase of a LifeShield system. Other restrictions apply. Returns must comply with LifeShield’s return policy. LifeShield reserves the right to alter or cancel the referral offer at any time.

Free Access to the LifeShield website and apps and all features of LifeShield are part of the purchase of a LifeShield Home Security kit and Professional Monitoring.  Contract must be signed and customer must be in good standing according to the terms of their contract to continue access.

 

Monitoring Services

Monitoring for burglary, fire, carbon monoxide, flood, freezing, and medical emergencies require the purchase, setup and activation of the LifeShield product, and may require additional accessory purchases.  Prices for these monitoring options will vary based on promotional offer, product purchased, credit history, homeownership, and contract length and option of professional or personal monitoring.  Emergency response is only tied to professional monitoring.  Prices are subject to change. Fire equipment works in conjunction with your existing interconnected smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors. Homescreen Touchpad

Tablet offer requires product purchase and agreement to a Gold or Silver service contract, satisfactory credit history, and activation (installation) of the LifeShield security system. Tablet ships upon activation. Tablet and kit return policy and warranty detail can be found in service contracts and on www.lifeshield.com/terms-and-conditions/. Restocking or product charges may apply.  Purchaser must complete 30-day post-sale survey; if survey is not completed within 30-days from purchase date, subject to $199 charge for security tablet/touchpad.
