Trouble Condition: "Lost"
SOLUTION TO TEMPERATURE SENSOR - "LOST"

When Console displays “Lost”, the Sensor is no longer communicating with system.

Verify that Temperature Sensor is no more than 30 feet from the following devices: Base, Console, Cellular Gateway, or Grid Extender. If device is more than 30 feet, move one of the controllers closer to location being monitored for temperature.

If Temperature Sensor is within 30 feet of a controller, then you may need a new battery (See “Low Batt” article for details).

If Temperature Sensor is within 30 feet of a controller and it is not the battery, you may need to delete then re-add the device (setup steps).
