Trouble Condition: "Camera Not Found"
SOLUTION TO OUTDOOR CAMERA - "CAMERA NOT FOUND"
"Camera Not Found" is usually an indication that the Camera is unable to access the Internet. 
 
Make sure power light on front is on (dim green light under lens). If light appears to be in proper state, try another available port on the router. Disconnect power cord on Camera first, then move Ethernet cable to a new port. Plug power cord back into the Camera. Repeat the add process. 
  
If Camera is still not found, please call Technical Support at 877-464-7437.
