Trouble Condition: "Camera Not Found"
SOLUTION TO HOMEVIEW CAMERA - "CAMERA NOT FOUND"
"Camera Not Found" is usually an indication that the Camera is unable to access the Internet. 
 
Make sure power light on front is on (dim green light under lens). If light appears to be in proper state, try another available port on router. Disconnect power cord on Camera first, then move Ethernet cable to a new port. Plug power cord back into Camera. Repeat the add process. 
  
If Camera still not found, call Technical Support at 877-464-7437.
