Trouble Condition: "No A/C" (No Power)
SOLUTION FOR GRID EXTENDER "NO A/C"
If your Console displays the message Grid Extender "No A/C" follow these steps:
  1. Unplug Grid Extender andtry different outlet (or test outlet with lamp or other electric device).
  2. If message continues, call customer support at 877-464-7437.
