Trouble Condition: "Low Batt"
SOLUTION FOR GRID EXTENDER "LOW BATT"
If your Console displays the message Grid Extender "Low Batt" follow these steps:
  1. Unplug Grid Extender and battery.
  2. Wait 30 seconds
  3. Put battery back in and plug Grid Extender into wall
  4. Wait 2 hours
  5. If battery still low, replace battery
  6. If message continues call customer support at 877-464-7437
