The Fire Safety Sensor works with your existing hazard detectors (smoke/fire or carbon monoxide detectors) to send a signal to the monitoring center whenever your hazard detector sounds.**

A)To set up Fire Safety Sensor, determine exact location where sensor will be mounted and use pencil to lightly mark position of sensor
IMPORTANT:The Fire Safety Sensor can be no more than 3 inches away from targeted hazard detector with the microphone (the three small circles on top of sensor) facing hazard detector  (ONCE THE FIRE SAFETY SENSOR IS PLACED, IT CANNOT BE MOVED)
B)Attach Fire Safety Sensor to ceiling by either peeling the double-sided tape and pressing to ceiling or using screws and wall anchors. Be sure sensor is 3” from hazard detector and microphone is facing hazard detector
