The LED light on the front of the Base (S30) will signal if it is read to be armed, working properly, or if there is an issue that needs to be fixed. Here is a guide to explain what the different light signals can signify:

 

  • SOLID BLUE = System is armed in any alarm status

  • SOLID GREEN  = System Ready to  Arm
  • FLASHING GREEN = System is Disarmed, not ready to Arm

  • FLASHING RED = Alarm Panic. Alarm has been triggered, signal being sent to monitoring station.

  • FLASHING BLUE = Entry Delay. Door open, waiting for you to enter code to disarm the system.

  • FLASHING YELLOW = Trouble. System is not ready to be armed.

  • FLASHING ALTERNATING RED/YELLOW = No Internet. Check that your internet and wireless network are configured and working properly.

  • FLASHING ALTERNATING BLUE/YELLOW = Not Activated. Your account may need to be reactivated. Contact LifeShield Customer Service for assistance.

  • FLASHING ALTERNATING GREEN/YELLOW = Connecting to Server. Call Customer Service to make sure that your account has been activated properly.

  • FLASHING PURPLE = Adding a sensor or device. This means the system is working properly.

  • SOLID PURPLE = Boot Process. The Base is starting up normally.

  • FLASHING ALTERNATING RED/WHITE = There is a Network problem. Contact LifeShield Customer Support for assistance.

  • SOLID WHITE = There is an issue with the firmware update. Contact LifeShield Customer Service for Assistance.

  • FLASHING ALTERNATING WHITE/ BLUE = Firmware Update Successful.

  • FLASHING ALTERNATING RED/GREEN = The Base is online, but is not connected to the LifeShield server (IBP). Please contact customer support.

  • FLASHING ALTERNATING ORANGE/RED = The Base is trying to connect to the Internet, failed to connect, and is trying to connect again. Ensure your home Internet is working. If the Internet is working and the light does not return to solid Green, please contact customer support.

  • FLASHING ALTERNATING BLUE/WHITE =   The light should return to Green within approximately 15 minutes. If the light does not return to Green, please contact customer support.
