Trouble Condition: "Low Batt"
SOLUTION TO BASE "LOW BATT"
If your Base has a low battery and the “Low Batt” message appears on the Console, you can follow these steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Unplug power cable and remove battery, then plug power cable back in
  2. Check to see if “Low Batt” message is still showing on Console screen
If message disappears, put battery back in. If “Low Batt” message reappears when battery is in place, you need to order a new battery. Contact LifeShield Customer Support, or order a new battery using the LifeShield Shop

If the “Low Batt” message still appears, contact LifeShield Customer Support at 877-464-7437 for additional instructions.
