Follow these steps:

1.  Log in to LifeShield app on tablet device.
2.  Once logged in, select “Settings” on Dashboard (lower left corner).
3.  Enter User Code (4-digit number).
4.  Under “Settings” on left-hand side select “Account”.
5.  Scroll to and select “Notification Methods”.
6.  Choose notification contact you wish to Add/Edit
a.  To Edit: click on an existing contact name
b.  To Add: click on box labeled “Available
7.  Add a Nickname.
8.  Choose Type of Notification (SMS or Email).
a.  Email: enter email address
b.  SMS: enter Mobile Number and Mobile Type (mobile provider).
9.  Press “Add”.
10.  If you choose to delete, select notification contact and in top right corner of pop up box press “Delete”.
