Follow these steps to create reminders:

1.  Log in to LifeShield.
2.  Once logged in please click on "Settings" tab at the top of your page.
3.  Underneath the "Reminders" section, select “Create New”.
4.  Pick the type of Reminder you would like to receive.
5.  If you would like to add a personal message to the Reminder, type what you would like it to say in the box provided.
6.  Select how often you would like to receive the Reminder.
7.  Select the Period of Time/Date of the Reminder.
8.  Choose the Time of Day in which you would like to receive the Reminder.
9.  Select who you would like the Reminder sent to.
10. Select “Submit”.
