We are so confident that LifeShield will keep your home, family, and valuables safe that we will pay up to $500 of your insurance deductible if you experience a qualified property loss.
What does this mean?
If someone successfully breaks into your home and causes any damage, steals valuables, or otherwise causes a property loss insurance claim to be filed, LifeShield will pay up to $500 of your insurance deductible.

Theft Protection Terms & Conditions
- You must be the original purchaser of your LifeShield home security system.
- The property loss was the result of a burglary that took place while your LifeShield security system was in good working order, connected to LifeShield's servers and/or monitoring center; and was "armed" at the time of the burglary.
- All of your doors and windows were locked, and the intruder entered your home through a door, window or other area equipped with an LifeShield detection device such as an open/close sensor, motion sensor, or glass break sensor, and such detection device was not "bypassed".
- You are not in default of your Terms of Service or any payments to LifeShield.
- You file a written claim with your homeowner's insurance company, and such claim is not rejected or otherwise contested by the insurer.
- You report the burglary loss to the appropriate police department and obtain a written police report.
- You provide LifeShield with copies of the insurance claim report and the police report.
- You sign and return the original copy of LifeShield’s Theft Protection Guarantee certificate (included in your system’s packaging).
LifeShield reserves the right to reject any application for reimbursement that does not comply with ALL of the requirements. Photocopies or other reproductions of the Theft Protection Guarantee will NOT be accepted. By signing the Theft Protection Guarantee, you certify to LifeShield that all of the foregoing requirements have been satisfied. Subject to terms and conditions of the Terms of Service between you and LifeShield, Inc.
